Ubico joins Armed Forces Covenant

We recognise the important contribution made by the Armed Forces and their families to our nation, local communities and Ubico as a business and are pleased to announce that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant. This reinforces our commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families.

By signing the Covenant, we join thousands of organisations across the UK that recognise the value, skills and experience that Armed Forces personnel bring to the workplace. This commitment reflects our values as an organisation and our dedication to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As part of our commitment, we will develop a Reservist Forces Policy, engage with the Career Transition Partnership to support veterans moving into civilian careers, build relationships with local Armed Forces units and signpost members of the Armed Forces community to relevant support services. We will also continue to support initiatives such as Armed Forces Day, Reserve Forces Day and remembrance activities.

Emma Henderson, Head of People at Ubico said:

"As a business, we are incredibly fortunate to already benefit from the skills, experience and dedication provided to us by existing colleagues who have served in the armed forces. We are delighted to have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, to formally recognise the valuable contribution that veterans, reservists and military families make to Ubico and the communities to which we deliver our services and are excited to build upon this pledge to ensure these individuals have the opportunities and support they thoroughly deserve'"
