What do we do?

In order to maintain Health and Safety and document operational issues our crews carry tablets/mobiles across our contracts

Why do we take photos?

The images we take within the vicinity of the presented receptacles or entrance and exits to roads are for the purpose of capturing any access issues, contaminated waste, side waste, fly tip and receptacles not presented.

What Information do we Collect about you?

We will collect images of contaminated waste, side waste, fly tip, damage, receptacles not presented or anything that could pose a risk to the public or our colleagues.

For who?

We do this for Ubico and for you. We use this to remain compliant with Health and Safety, to protect our colleagues and for any issues relating to collections as well as to assist with performance monitoring.

Who do we share it with?

We will share this information with Ubico departments in order to carry out the function of collecting your waste or addressing any concerns we/you may have and with your Local Authority.

Is any Information transferred outside the EEA?

No

How long will we keep it?

Images are automatically deleted after 30 days or 60 days if part of an ongoing complaint, however we keep all the documentation relating to the Insurance Claim for 3 years or for the life of the investigation.

Who do we collect information from?

Tablet/mobile supplied by Ubico to our employees and held securely on an internal database

What are the consequences if we don't collect the data?

We will not be able to provide adequate information in regard to disputes, complaints, insurance purposes, protect our colleagues or monitor  performance.
