Ubico supports local charity with donation of IT equipment
Ubico recently welcomed Simon Richardson, the UK Operations Manager for IT Schools Africa, a local Cheltenham based charity to its depot to donate our unwanted working IT equipment, saving the equipment from being stripped and recycled or worse sent for disposal. Now the equipment can be re-used providing access for those in need of access to e- learning.
Simon said “IT Schools Africa is most grateful to Ubico for their recent donation of IT equipment. ITSA was established in 2004 and has collected over 115,000 computers and laptops which it refurbishes , upgrades and sends out to schools in Africa . It also supports many charities and community organisations in Gloucestershire including the No Child Left Behind initiative in Cheltenham with donations of IT equipment.”
